Since 2021
Ben joined Axonic Properties in 2021 and facilitates investment selection, acquisition due diligence and capital markets for the firm. Prior to joining Axonic, he worked for Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group company, where he executed debt and equity placements of commercial real estate transactions with a focus on residential assets. Ben has a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University.
